Applications are submitted electronically and reviewed throughout the year — with the full selection cycle completed by 30 September each academic year. Cohort sizes range from 15 to 40 students. Tuition is €7,000 per year, with scholarships available for outstanding candidates.
Candidates who have completed the last two years of high school at a school based outside Greece, holding a high school diploma or equivalent secondary education qualification that entitles them to enrol in higher education in the country where they graduated.
Candidates from recognised international schools operating in Greece following an EU or third-country curriculum, where neither candidate nor parents hold Greek nationality, and the candidate has attended at least the last two years in full-time education.
Students currently enrolled in agriculture schools or equivalent higher-education institutions outside Greece who hold a study-period evaluation certificate (per Article 314A of Law 4957/2022), continuing their studies in the corresponding semester to complete the programme degree.
All candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency at CEFR Level B2 or higher, through any one of the following pathways accepted by the programme:
High school diplomas and transcripts must be authenticated through one of: Apostille stamp (if the country of issue is a Hague Convention member), notarial certification, certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Education of the issuing country, or direct verification with the issuing school via official email to the Programme Secretariat.
Submit your application and all seven supporting documents electronically to the Programme Secretariat. Pay the €150 file management fee.
The Programme Committee evaluates your CV, supporting documents, and English proficiency credentials. Candidates not meeting minimum criteria are screened out at this stage.
Shortlisted candidates participate in an online interview assessing communication, reasoning, and understanding of the agri-food sector. An English language test may also be conducted.
The Committee compiles the final list of successful candidates and any alternates. Results are notified individually. Appeals may be submitted within 5 working days.
Enrol within 15 days by paying the €1,000 deposit. The first instalment of tuition is due upon enrolment. Studies begin in September.
Up to three scholarships per academic year for top-ranked candidates from the selection process — based on overall qualifications including interview results. Full exemption from tuition fees for the first academic year.
For the student with the highest average grade across all courses each academic year — provided they have successfully completed all courses on schedule. 50% exemption from tuition fees the following academic year. Multiple awards possible in case of a tie.
Awards for outstanding performance during studies — including a first-year award for overall course performance and class consistency, and a best-graduate award for the highest academic performance across the programme. May include honorary distinction or cash prize.
Full or partial exemption from tuition fees for students from war zones or under international or subsidiary protection — based on documented social and humanitarian criteria, awarded following reasoned decision by the Programme Steering Committee.
For candidates or students facing serious financial difficulties, health issues, loss of a parent, or living in a state of emergency or long-term crisis — awarded in exceptional cases following examination of the application and supporting documents.
Partial tuition exemption in exchange for specific work supporting the programme — including library assistance, administrative support, or research project assistance. Duration and content specified at the time of award.
