Faculty supervision

Each student designs and conducts a substantial individual research project under faculty supervision — typically integrated into one of the programme's active research labs. Topics span field trials, food laboratory work, sensor and remote-sensing studies, surveys and stakeholder consultations, food product development, and computational modelling.
